Brief

Sirens is a female-led electronic music event series, aiming to create a platform for female DJs and provide opportunities for women in the event industry. Their mission is to promote gender equality and inclusivity in the music scene. Through their social media presence, they aim to communicate their core values, promote their events, and highlight the talented artists they work with. I came in to craft Sirens' brand and visual identity, particularly for their social media. I ensured cohesive and engaging visuals across platforms, reflecting their values of empowerment and diversity.

The creative concept for Sirens is inspired by the ethos of empowerment and inclusivity the brand strives to create. Drawing from the vibrant energy and progressive ideals of the brand, I aimed to encapsulate the essence of their mission through bold visual elements and dynamic design choices. Utilizing bold colours, water and ocean imagery, and unique fonts, I created designs that are both visually striking and deeply symbolic. Through this combination of striking imagery, inclusive messaging, and a modern aesthetic, the design vision for Sirens resonates with the brand's core values and amplifies its impact within the electronic music community.

Key Messaging & Storytelling

In crafting the Key Messaging & Storytelling for Sirens, I focused on distilling the brand's essence into clear, compelling narratives that resonate across all platforms. The approach centres on three core themes that embody the spirit of Sirens and guide the communication strategy:

#Empowerment. At the heart of Sirens is a commitment to empowering female DJs and fostering inclusivity within the event industry.

#Unity. Sirens believes in the transformative power of music to unite people from all backgrounds.

#Diversity. Sirens celebrates diversity in music and challenges stereotypes within the music industry.
